1. Shipping Coverage
heat it™ Canada currently ships exclusively within Canada.
Orders placed through heat-it.ca may only be delivered to Canadian addresses in provinces and territories served by our carriers.
We do not ship to addresses outside Canada.
If you are located outside Canada:

Orders placed from outside Canada through this website will be cancelled and refunded (less any non-refundable payment processing fees).
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, statutory holidays, or promotional events, processing may take longer.
Processing time does not include shipping time in transit.
3. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer standard and expedited shipping options across Canada via Canada Post, Purolator, or comparable carriers.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, selected shipping speed, and order weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout and in promotional materials.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by region:

These timelines are estimates only. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, remote location access, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier link.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier; please allow up to 24 hours after shipping for tracking to activate.
6. Risk of Loss and Title
All orders are shipped FOB Calgary, Alberta.
This means that title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer of the goods to the carrier.
heat it™ Canada is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once they have been handed over to the carrier.
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. We will assist where possible, but ultimate liability rests with the carrier.
7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs and any non-refundable transaction fees.
8. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, your order may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses or arrive in more than one package. You will not be charged extra shipping fees if this occurs.
9. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders
From time to time, we may offer items on pre-order or temporarily out of stock. Estimated ship dates for such items will be displayed on the product page or confirmed by email.
Pre-order timelines are estimates only and may change without prior notice.
10. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to:

P.O. Boxes in certain remote areas

Forwarding services or logistics providers

International destinations outside Canada
Certain items may also be restricted from shipment to specific provinces or territories due to carrier limitations.
11. Delivery Confirmation
Once a shipment is marked “delivered” by the carrier, heat it™ Canada will consider the order fulfilled.
We are not responsible for theft or misplacement after delivery has been confirmed.
To help prevent loss, please ensure you provide a secure delivery address or consider using signature confirmation where available.
12. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing jean.dube@heat-it.ca with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.
We will investigate and determine whether a credit, or refund or replacement is appropriate.
